AI-Assisted Product Development

Three SaaS products built from scratch with paying customers

• Designed and launched three production SaaS products: a CRM for service businesses, a CRM for real estate sales and rental companies, and a platform for configuring AI voice agents with built-in CRM features.
• Owned architecture, database design and business logic, using AI-assisted development to deliver a product in about one month compared to roughly eight months for similar scope built manually.
• Designed a custom job queue on PostgreSQL tables and cron jobs to handle complex business logic that off-the-shelf queue solutions couldn’t support.
• Built a workflow automation engine with multiple trigger types and multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS and phone calls.
• Integrated third-party services including Twilio, Resend, Pipedrive, Shopify, Google/Outlook Calendar, CINC and GoHighLevel.
• Built and launched production applications used by thousands of users.
• Designed and exposed a public API allowing external services to integrate with the platform.
• Built an AI-powered landing page builder that lets each tenant generate and edit their own website, with every site hosted on its own subdomain through Cloudflare.

CRM for service businesses

Multi-tenant CRM platform for service-based businesses

• Developed the product as the sole full-stack developer, covering frontend, backend and integrations.
• Integrated Stripe for payments, recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases of add-on features, including webhook handling.
• Built a workflow automation engine on Hangfire that fires triggers at the right time and reschedules them to each tenant’s business hours.
• Integrated Twilio for client communication and Google Calendar for scheduling synchronization.
• Implemented real-time notifications and live table updates using SignalR.
• Optimized a heavy Entity Framework query by removing unnecessary includes and over-fetched data, reducing load time from over a minute to a few seconds.

Mobile Social Networking Application

• Worked as a full-stack developer in a 3-person team (2 full-stack, 1 backend).
• Integrated Mapbox to display interest groups on an interactive map with custom markers and popups.
• Fixed popup positioning by recalculating screen coordinates on map movement, keeping tooltips anchored to their markers while panning and zooming.
• Developed the group creation flow, including location selection on the map.
• Covered business logic with unit tests using NUnit.

AI Calculator

• Developed the project as the sole full-stack developer, from UI to backend.
• Built the entire UI in Blazor Server according to the provided design.
• Implemented a service integrating the OpenAI API to read and process uploaded documents of arbitrary structure.
• Developed logic to normalize extracted data, store it in a structured format and calculate service prices based on it.
• Built an admin panel with role-based access (Admin and User).
• Implemented real-time updates of processing and calculation results via SignalR.

Flight Ticket Booking System

B2C platform for booking airline tickets

• Worked in a dedicated accessibility team within a multi-team project.
• Made the entire customer-facing website accessible according to WCAG, with a focus on the end-to-end booking flow.
• Refactored existing Angular components and developed new ones with accessibility built in.
• Built custom Angular directives to manage focus order and keyboard navigation on pages where component layout was controlled through Umbraco CMS.
• Tested accessibility with the NVDA screen reader to ensure the booking flow was fully usable without a mouse or screen.
• Introduced Redux into the project to enable communication between multiple forms from different modules on a single page.
• Covered components and business logic with unit tests using Jasmine.

NDA Project

Large-scale enterprise project with multiple development teams

• Worked as a backend developer within one of several cross-functional teams.
• Developed Azure Functions with HTTP and Queue triggers for API endpoints and asynchronous message processing.
• Implemented CRUD operations and business logic on .NET Core.

House and apartment booking system

Online rental booking platform for houses and apartments, similar to Booking.com

• Worked as the sole full-stack developer alongside a project manager, owning feature delivery end to end.
• Developed new features for the admin panel and redesigned legacy pages to improve usability.
• Integrated Google Calendar and built an internal booking calendar to keep availability in sync.
• Implemented booking confirmation notifications via SMS and email.
• Optimized slow analytics queries by replacing Entity Framework with Dapper and raw SQL for heavy data sets, reducing load time from ~45 seconds to ~2 seconds.
• Managed Azure App Service deployment slots (production and blue standby), switching traffic during incidents to minimize downtime.

Construction project

Document management and cost estimation platform for a construction company

• Developed modules for tracking construction documents and calculating house construction costs.
• Built a custom spreadsheet-like table component that replicated Excel behavior, including cell navigation, Tab/arrow key handling and inline editing.
• Solved complex keyboard and focus event handling by implementing a global event listener with custom Angular directives to filter and route events to the right cells.
• Started as an Angular developer and later took on backend tasks, implementing API endpoints for the accounting and calculation modules.
• Worked in a 2-person team, taking part in the full development cycle from requirements to delivery.
